This was our first true whiskey to be released since we started distilling. We blended our Light Whiskey with our Bourbon to find the perfect match of smoothness and sweet corn. The blend is 86% corn, 10% rye, and 4% barley. It has an obvious note of oak and sweet corn up front as notes of caramel, vanilla, and maple fill the mid-palate. A seamless finish of warm walnut and toasted oak round out this classic whiskey. Enjoy neat, on the rocks, or in your whiskey drink.
