Blueberry Bourbon Smash
blueberries
mint
2.5 oz Ranch Road Straight Bourbon Whiskey
.75 oz simple syrup
.5 oz. lime juice
soda water
garnish: blueberries on a stick and lime wheel
Muddle blueberries and mint lightly in a lowball glass. Add the next three ingredients with ice. Top with soda water. Stir, garnish, and enjoy.

Old Fashioned
3 oz Ranch Road Straight Bourbon Whiskey
2 dashes orange bitters
2 dashes Angostura bitters
splash of water
sugar cube
garnish: bourbon cherry and orange peel
Mix first four ingredients in a low ball glass. Muddle well. Add sugar cube. Stir to break down sugar. Add ice cube and stir again. Garnish and enjoy.

Imperial Pom-Pom
2 oz Hard Hops Imperial
1.5 oz Pomegranate Liqueur
1 oz Simple Syrup
.5 oz Lemon Juice
garnish: lemon wheel & chocolate pomegranate bite
Combine and stir ingredients, garnish with lemon wheel and chocolate pomegranate bit, and enjoy.

2 oz Ranch Road Vodka
1 oz Ranch Road Whiskey
2 oz orange juice
2 oz sour mix
1 oz bubbly water
garnish: orange slice
Mix all ingredients into a glass, stir, garnish, and enjoy.

2 dashes worcestershire sauce
(add tabasco sauce if wanted spicy)
Zing Zang Bloody Mix
Garnish: Beef stick, celery, pickle, lime, lemon, olives, cheese, pepperoni, etc.
Rim a beer glass in garlic salt and pepper
Mix all ingredients into glass, top with ice and add desired fixings: Beef stick, celery, pickle, lime, lemon, olives, cheese, pepperoni, and enjoy.

Smoked Negroni
1.5 oz Chankaska Spirits Barrel Gin
.75 oz sweet vermouth
.75 oz Campari
1 dash orange bitters
garnish: orange peel
Chill lowball glass for 20 minutes. If desired, use a kitchen smoke gun to smoke the glass, covering it, and letting it steep while completing the next steps. In a mixing glass, combine all liquid ingredients over ice. Stir until well chilled and diluted. Strain ingredients into chilled, smoked glass. Express an orange peel over the top of the drink, wipe the rim of the glass with it, and enjoy, or add one large rock of ice, then enjoy.

2 oz Ranch Road Rye Whiskey
1 oz sweet vermouth
2 dashes Angostura bitters
1 dash orange bitters
garnish: brandied cherry
Add ingredients into a mixing glass with ice and stir. Strain into a martini glass or a lowball glass. Garnish and enjoy.

.5 oz lime juice
.5 oz simple syrup
3 oz rosé wine
1 oz Ranch Road Rum
grapefruit tonic
garnish: lime wheel, mint sprig
In a highball glass, add mint leaves, lime wedge, lime juice, and simple syrup. Muddle. Add ice, rosé wine and Ranch Road Rum. Top with grapefruit tonic and garnish with lime wheel and mint sprig.

1.5 oz Ranch Road Gin
1.5 oz sparkling wine
1 oz lemon juice
1 oz limoncello
.5 oz simple syrup
lemonade
garnish: mint spring and lemon wheel
Mix first five ingredients in a high ball glass. Add ice and top with lemonade. Stir, garnish, and enjoy.

1/2 tsp lemon juice
garnish: cinnamon stick, apple slice, and thyme sprig

2 oz Ranch Road Vodka

ginger beer

Mix Ranch Road Vodka and lime juice together in a copper mug. Add ice. Top with ginger beer. Stir, garnish, and enjoy.

Mix ingredients with ice in a lowball glass. Garnish and enjoy.

Caramel Apple Mimosa
2 tbsp caramel
2 tbsp cinnamon sugar
8 oz Ranch Road Vodka
1 cup apple cider
1 bottle Equinoce Extra Dry sparkling wine
garnish: apple slices
In a small dish, pour caramel. In another small dish, pour cinnamon sugar. Dip champagne flutes into the caramel to rim glass, then dip in cinnamon sugar. Pour 2 oz Ranch Road Vodka and 1/4 cup apple cider into each flute. Top with Equinoce Extra Dry sparkling wine. Garnish and enjoy.

1 egg white
2 oz Ranch Road Straight Bourbon Whiskey
1 oz lemon juice
1 oz simple syrup
2 dashes bitters
In shaker, add first four ingredients and shake. Add ice, shake again, and strain into snifter. Top with bitters.
